BlueWater Ropes 13.0mm ARMORTECH®

BlueWater Ropes 13.0mm ArmorTech® NFPA Static Rope. The ArmorTech® series is the pinnacle of industrial ropes and provides a new level of safety and durability. The 1/2" ArmorTech® is a double sheath rope with the inner rope being BlueWater's 3/8" SafeLine housed in a 100% Technora aramid fiber sheath for maximum heat and cut resistance. The decomposition temperature of the Technora fibers is over 900 degrees Fahrenheit and combined with the extremely slow thermal transfer rate of the Technora fibers (exceptional heat insulator) makes this rope ideally suited for confined space inspection or rescue where there exists the possibility of a flash fire or in proximity to welding situations.
