  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Free ground freight shipping applies to lower 48 U.S. destinations only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an 8% of total order shipping charge. We DO ship to APO and FPO addresses. Shipments to Canada are welcomed, but due to freight and tariff calculations Canadian orders must currently be placed by phone. Duties and taxes are assumed by customer. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • Sales Tax

  • BMO Rescue charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Return Policy

  • Rock Climbing Gear and other LIFE SUPPORT equipment is only returnable if it is unopened, unused, in the original packaging including all promotional materials and is in resellable condition. Additionally, custom cut rope, accessory cord and/or webbing is non-returnable. All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery of product. Refunds DO not include the freight costs and a 10% restocking fee may be applied. Please contact BMO with any questions concerning return instructions.
